After two victories signed in the space of 24 hours, the Canadian Bianca Andreescu will have a lot to do since she will be on the schedule once more on Saturday, at Wimbledon.

Andreescu will face the competition’s sixth seed, Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur. This match will be presented on the Center court of the All England Club, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Eastern time.

The former 2019 US Open champion staged a dramatic comeback in the third set of her second-round match, coming back from a 2-5 deficit in the deciding set to beat Ukraine’s Anhelina Kalinina 6-2, 4-6, 7-6 (10/7).

Currently 50th in the WTA rankings, Andreescu is guaranteed to climb at least seven places next Monday.

Historically, Andreescu and Jabeur have faced each other only once, and the representative of Tunisia has had the upper hand, in the round of 16 of the National Bank Open, in 2021.

So far in London, Jabeur has conceded just eight games in two encounters, beating Poland’s Magdalena Frech 6-3, 6-3 before beating China’s Bai Zhuoxuan 6-1, 6-1.

Day 6 at the All England Club will also mark the mixed doubles debut of Laval’s Leylah Fernandez.

The latter will team up with the Dutchman Wesley Koolhof.
