Dr. Ahmed Mahrous, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in New Valley, confirmed in a statement that the level of maximum readiness had been raised in hospitals and health units at the level of the five governorate centers, and that the necessary preparations had been made to receive cases of people suffering from heat exhaustion as a result of the extreme rise in temperatures.
