In recent days, the Hauts-Pays police have recorded several incidents that occurred at a gas pump located in Dour. “The modus operandi is always the same,” police communicated. “Pretending that they do not have a bank card, the thugs ask motorists who have come to refuel to fill a jerrycan for a small amount, often €5, and reimburse them in cash.
