March 17, 2022, the NBA offers only one regular season game on this day: Orlando against Detroit with the stake in the last place of the Eastern Conference. The opportunity for all League fans to attend an XXL performance by Saddiq Bey. While the Magic took control of the match, the Detroit winger scored 5 points in 5 seconds just before the break to allow the Pistons to regain the lead. With 30 points already on the clock, Bey is only 4 units off his personal best. A record largely broken in the second half as he finished with 51 points in an easy 134-120 victory. It only took 27 Piston shots to pass fifty. With 10 shots, he equals the franchise record previously held by Joe Dumars in 1994. As for his 51 points, it is the fifth best performance in Detroit history, behind the 57 points of Jerry Stackhouse in 2001, the 56 of Kelly Tripucka in 1983, the 54 of Dave Bing in 1971 and the 52 of George Yardley in 1958.

Pistons leading rebounder with 8.7 catches per game, Isaiah Stewart confirmed the impressions seen during his rookie season. Small inside (2m03), it compensates with an overflowing activity under the hoops. A commitment sometimes pushed to the extreme as during the match against the Lakers, where he wanted to LeBron James after a vicious nudge from the latter. After the departure of Mason Plumlee, Stewart is now the dominant male in the Pistons racket. And no Cade Cunningham is the Piston who accumulates the most matches 10 assists, it is indeed our Frenchie Killian Hayes who holds the season record with they know lee.
