State of Salzburg: Online survey on digitization in art and culture – mica

Supported by state statistics, cultural administration and the umbrella organization of Salzburg cultural sites, the state cultural advisory board is conducting a survey among artists and cultural organizations throughout the state for the first time this year: What does digitization mean for those active in culture in the city and state of Salzburg? What is particularly important? What is already going well? Where is there a need for action? The aim is to use these questions to develop concrete recommendations for the state’s cultural policy and administration. The LKB cordially invites you to take part in this survey.

The State Cultural Advisory Board has been dealing in detail with questions relating to digital transformation in art and culture since 2019. The first strategic approaches and measures are already anchored in the culture development plan (KEP).

Much more attention has been paid to the subject over the past two years. It has also been shown that the approaches, needs and objectives of the individual people and organizations in the cultural sector are sometimes very different.

For this reason, the State Cultural Advisory Board – supported by state statistics, cultural administration and the umbrella organization of Salzburg cultural sites – is conducting a state-wide survey among artists and cultural organizations for the first time:

What does digitization mean for those active in culture in the city and state of Salzburg? What is particularly important? What is already going well? Where is there a need for action?

The aim is to use these questions to develop concrete recommendations for the country’s cultural policy and administration. Last but not least, funding priorities in this area can be implemented faster and in a more targeted manner in the future.

The State Cultural Advisory Board cordially invites you all to take part in this survey! It takes no longer than 6-7 minutes and no personal data is collected. You are making a significant contribution to a strong, colorful and diverse cultural state of Salzburg – both analogue and digital!
