Within five business days following the end of the State of Emergency declared in Puno, the Unified Command of the Armed Forces and the National Police must submit to the heads of the Ministries of the Interior and Defense, a detailed report of the actions carried out during the exception regime, including the measures adopted to respect human rights and with an intercultural approach, and the results obtained.
