Pothankot: State mini kho-kho competition for children under twelve years of age will be held on 5th and 6th at Lakshmivilasam High School, Pothankot. Kerala Olympic Association state president V. Sunil Kumar will inaugurate the event at 3.30 pm on Saturday.
Kerala Sports Council Vice President M.R. Ranjith will inaugurate the concluding session at 4 pm on Sunday.
Two teams from all districts of Kerala will participate in the two-day competition. Binoy, District Kho-Kho Association President K. Manikandan Nair, Kerala Kho-Kho Association Secretary G. Radhakrishnan Nair and Kho-Kho Federation of India Vice President G. Vidyadharan Pillai announced in a press conference that the competition has been organized for boys and girls studying up to 7th standard.
