State Council Recommends Accepting Appeals and Cancellation of Judgment against Mortada Mansour’s Removal from Zamalek Presidency

The State Commissioners Authority in the State Council recommended accepting the two appeals of the State Cases Authority on behalf of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza, and Mortada Mansour, once morest the ruling issued once morest the latter to remove him from the presidency of Zamalek.

Mortada Mansour published on his official Facebook page that the report recommended the cancellation of the judgment issued once morest him in cases Nos. 70451, 70452, 70456 and 70458 of the year 76 BC, due to the demise of the capacity requirement for the plaintiffs.

Yesterday, Monday, the Supreme Administrative Court decided to postpone the appeals once morest the dismissal of Chancellor Mortada Mansour from the presidency of the Zamalek Club, to the next July 8 session, for review.

Mortada Mansour, once morest whom a verdict was issued dismissing him from the presidency of the Zamalek club, said that his appeals once morest his return affect the general assembly of the entire club.

The State Cases Authority, on behalf of the Minister of Sports and the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza, appealed once morest the dismissal of Mortada Mansour from the presidency of Zamalek.

Appeal No. 101181 of the year 69 BC was filed once morest the ruling issued by the Administrative Court in the cases filed by the respondents, Mustafa Sayed Abdel-Khaleq, Hani Shukri Najeeb Gerges, Abdullah George Abdel-Georg and Ibrahim Saeed Abdel-Ghani Amer.

Mortada Mansour sued in his appeal once morest the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Director of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza, the President of the Egyptian Olympic Committee in their capacity, and the appellants of the case in which the administrative court ruling was issued, namely Mamdouh Abbas, Hani Al-Attal and others.

Mortada Mansour requested a stay of the implementation of the Administrative Judiciary Court’s ruling, and in reserve the ruling that the state court does not have jurisdiction to hear the case and obliging the respondents to pay expenses and attorney’s fees for all of them.
