State Bus: A state-level cartoon competition on the theme of elephant carriage

Kochi: The State Bus team is organizing a state-level cartoon competition on the theme of ‘Elephant Vandi’, the new film to be released under the banner of Studio C Cinemas. Directed by Chandran Narikeod, State Bus is hitting theaters on September 23. The cartoon competition is conducted by the crew of the film.

The theme of the ‘Elephant Carriage’ cartoon competition is to portray the current situation of our KSRTC bus service which is moving forward through the crisis through satirical writing. The best cartoon is selected by a jury consisting of cartoonists headed by prominent cartoonist Prasannan Anikad. The first place cartoon will be given a cash award of Rs 10,000 and a prize in the name of late famous cartoonist Yesudas That cartoon will be promoted as the main poster of the movie State Bus. Works must be sent before September 10, 2022.

State Bus is a film starring Santhosh Keeshatur and Vigilesh. The film is produced by IB Ravindran and Padmakumar under the banner of Studio C Cinemas. State Bus is the second film directed by Chandran Narikeod following the film ‘Pathi’ which won many international awards.

The story of State Bus unfolds through the events that take place when two policemen travel with a suspect from Kannur Central Jail in a state bus. The plot of the story is an incident that takes place inside a KSRTC bus. The background score composed by famous musician Mohan Sithara is also a novelty of this film.
