Asunción, IP Agency.- From next week the web platform of “Che Róga Porã” will be enabled for companies to upload their housing projects, announced Friday the Minister of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat, Juan Carlos Baruja, at the closing of the training days for real estate developers.
“Today is a special day because we officially close the training. We are very happy with how they have been developing. The Government of President Santiago Peña has shown openness with the participation of different chambers and academia to generate an authentically Paraguayan product, in which different institutions have participated,” said the minister.
Baruja added that next week the web platform of “Che Róga Porã” will be enabled for companies to upload their housing projects. These proposals will be evaluated and rated by the MUVH before they are available to the public.
During the second phase of training concluded today, real estate agents, inspectors, appraisers and control organizations learned regarding the components for cost formulation and raised questions on specific topics. At the same time, professionals registered on the platform www.cherogapora.gov.py and met the requirements established by the MUVH.
Che Róga Porã will benefit families throughout the national territory with incomes of between 1 and 4 minimum wages, who will be able to access their own home of up to G. 400,000,000 with financing of up to 30 years, at 6.5% interest annual.
