The new GOURMET Business menu from March 6 will impress with many seasonal delicacies and exciting new creations – many of them vegetarian or vegan.
Vienna (OTS) – With more than 4000 participants, GOURMET Business is pleased regarding the particularly high number of participants in the 2022 annual survey. The results also inspire Claudia Horacek, Business Unit Manager of GOURMET Business Catering Menu Service: “100% of our new customers are satisfied with our simple ordering system. The large selection and the simple preparation, as well as the quality and taste of the dishes have also achieved very high values. This positive feedback from our guests motivates us to continue to do our best.”
The survey clearly shows that it is particularly important for the guests to have a large variety of vegetarian dishes for their daily meals at the workplace. GOURMET Business À la Carte is once once more fulfilling this wish with the new menu for spring and summer 2023.
Varied climate-friendly offer
The new variety of dishes, which will be available from March 6th. can be ordered, makes it even easier for guests to eat seasonal, varied, healthy and climate-friendly food at work. Because it contains 77 veggie dishes and 10 vegan dishes. “Our guests are becoming more and more enthusiastic regarding sustainability and climate protection. Less meat and more climate-friendly ingredients are the recipe for success here. That is why we are constantly developing new, innovative vegetarian dishes together with our experienced chefs and nutritionists. Creative new dishes such as the Penne Mediterranean with artichokes or the stuffed falafel with oriental yoghurt vegetables, as well as tried and tested dishes such as the asparagus tagliatelle with tomato and saffron sauce show how diverse vegetarian enjoyment can be,” says Claudia Horacek. “When we cook with meat or fish, we pay particular attention to the origin. Such as the Viennese catfish in horseradish sauce with vegetable bulgur. Here we buy the fish from our regional supplier in Vienna.”
Exciting theme weeks with a varied offer
A total of 20 new dishes and exciting seasonal theme weeks bring even more variety to the canteen. The Indian theme weeks “Namaste” in April convince with extraordinary delicacies and dishes with FAIRTRADE basmati rice. Everyone is sure to find their personal favorite food during the “Seasonal treats” themed weeks with dishes made from Austrian asparagus in May and during the apricot and mushroom season in July and August.
