The public bicycle rental service investment unit (Tri Nam Group) has brought bicycles to 39 stations arranged by the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City, located on the sidewalks of Hong Bang, Ngo Quyen, and Le Chan districts.

To be able to rent a car, people and visitors just need to download the application to their phones, register an account and top up. Every public bike has an ID, smart key and a locator. Therefore, the management unit can understand the route of the vehicle moving. Car rental is 5,000 VND for the first 30 minutes, 1,000 VND for the next 6 minutes.
In addition, tenants can pay at any station in the area. Users can buy daily tickets, monthly tickets to enjoy the incentives. This activity will be officially opened at the end of March. The cars of the project are green, have solid rubber tires, are solid in structure, have a cart but no rear seat for the second person to sit.
Previously, in July 2022, the City People’s Committee. Hai Phong has agreed to allow free use of sidewalks on some roads as public bicycle stations. The pilot period is 12 months from the time the vehicle is put into operation. Results of pilot activities must be summarized and reported to Hai Phong City People’s Committee.
