Standard: Rangers are interested in Nicolas Raskin

The more the days pass, the more it seems that the story between Nicolas Raskin and Standard is coming to an end. After the lost meeting in Westerlo on August 13, Ronny Deila did not hide that he wanted clarity regarding the situation of the midfielder (and that of Selim Amallah). A few days later, the Norwegian boss called a meeting with dressing room executives over Raskin and Amallah, whose departure plans would have a negative impact on the squad. And Sunday, once morest OHL, the T1 rouche replaced Raskin at the break. A clear signal.

It’s no secret: Nicolas Raskin, who is coming to the end of his contract with Standard in June 2023, is looking for a way out before the end of the transfer window. It won’t be Club Brugge, whose offer the Belgian refused. Raskin favors a transfer abroad and can count on the interest of Glasgow Rangers, who have just qualified for the group stage of the Champions League. Standard are asking for 5.5 million euros for their player.
