The paddle and paddleboard celebration continues in Les Sables-d’Olonne, where the world championships take place.

This first in France is already a success.

The spots are appreciated by delegations (28 countries) while the general public discovers the disciplines.

Four medals yesterday

The French won two gold medals and two silver medals yesterday Friday in the technical racing event of the stand up paddle world championships.

The Blues are taking off in the provisional general ranking of nations with two days and seven races to go before the final.

Vaïc Garioud retains his junior world champion title by blowing up the competition over the 5000m course.

Vice-world champion of prone paddleboard last year, Julen Marticorena regained his 2019 title.
