About the Role:
We are searching for talented Software Integration Managers to join our team for exciting work on Infotainment Software for both VCU and CCU platforms. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, keeping us on track to deliver a phenomenal customer experience.
Hybrid Work Model
This role embraces a hybrid work model, balancing the best of both worlds:
You’ll primarily work from your choice of our Warren, MI, or Milford, MI offices at minimum three days a week. This allows for collaboration and connection while offering flexibility for focused, individual work as needed.
Responsibilities:
As a Software Integration Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our vehicle development cycle. This will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the comprehensive integration strategies for VCU or CCU software development releases.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including SDV PMs, Product Owners, Software Quality experts, and Vehicle Program Teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.

Issue Management: Drive the timely resolution of all software issues, keeping detailed records and facilitating communication with key stakeholders.
- Process Ownership: Implement and refine software development and release schedule, balancing speed with meticulous attention to detail.

What You Will Do:
- Lead: Plan and coordinate software releases, coordinating the integration of new features and ensuring adherence to release schedules.

Your Skills & Abilities:

- 7+ years: Demonstrated experience in managing software development cycles.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Systems, Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer), Business Administration, Finance, or a related field experience
