The Stade de Reims has decided to confirm Will Still in his role as head coach. He signed a two-year contract. The young thirty-year-old, inducted at the head of the team in November, notably convinced his leaders with a series of invincibility of 19 games.
The end of the season was less successful but he carried out his maintenance mission. The Reims club will end the season at worst in 11th place. Will Still’s personal record is 13 wins, 10 shares and 7 losses in 30 games.
The club wants to work “in the continuity of the past season”. Samba Diawara et Alberto Escobar will continue to support Walloon Brabançon. A “new kid” will appear in the staff at the resumption: Nicolas StillWill’s younger brother.
“Model of precocity, perpetuating the family tradition, in line with his older brothers Edward and Will, the young Belgian of 26 years already has a solid experience of the high level. After learning his skills as a video analyst then assistant coach at FC Bruges, Al-Aïn FC (United Arab Emirates), or more recently at Eupen, Nicolas will form a complementary team with Will, Alberto but also with Samba with whom he has already worked in Charleroi“, details the Stade de Reims in a press release.
