SSLC exam 2022 starts on thursday

SSLC, Plus Two Exam 2022: The exam will be held at 2,962 centers

Thiruvananthapuram: The SSLC examinations in the state will begin today. The exam will start on March 31 and end on April 29. The IT practical exam will be held from May 3 to 10.

4,27,407 students will appear for the SSLC exam. 4,26,999 candidates will appear for the examination regularly and 408 candidates will appear for the examination in private. 1,91,787 students in Malayalam medium, 2,31,604 students in English medium, 2151 students in Tamil medium and 1457 students in Kannada medium will appear for the SSLC examination. A total of 2,18,902 boys and 2,08,097 girls have registered for the exam.

The exam is being held at 2,962 centers. A total of 574 students will appear for the exam at nine centers in the Gulf region and 882 students at nine centers in Lakshadweep. PKMMHS Etericode in Malappuram district has the highest number of students appearing for the 2014 examinations.

The appointment of 2961 Chief Superintendents, 2976 Deputy Chief Superintendents and the required Invigilators to the examination centers for conducting the examination has already been completed. Squads at the level of District Education Officer, Deputy Director of Education, Examination House, Directorate of Public Education and Department of Public Instruction will visit the examination centers to ensure that the examination procedures are conducted in an impeccable manner.
