Squatted house in Essonne: the family of occupants attacked when leaving the premises

A departure under high tension. According to our information, on the night of this Thursday to this Friday, the family who squatted a pavilion in Ollainville, in Essonne, was attacked while leaving the premises. Around midnight, when the gendarmerie had just served them their formal notice at the end of the day, the couple and their children aged 4 to 16 were loading their belongings into their car.

According to a source familiar with the matter, a group of hooded and masked people appeared and used tear gas on the family, physically attacking them. The passenger compartment of their car and then the interior of the house were also sprayed with tear gas. The vehicle was damaged. The family immediately filed a complaint with the police.

“The last few days, it has become tense”

“You teach me, reacts Laurent, contacted this Friday morning. I slept at home last night, I discovered this story. The aggressors were wrong to do this, it hurts me. If I had seen the family come out, I would have helped them. In recent days, around the house, the residents became insistent, some honked, shouted ” fire them! it was getting tense. Even following school. It’s not for lack of having warned the father of the family… I even offered to help him move for free with my truck. »

As a reminder, following the purchase of this house last May in Ollainville (Essonne), which they knew was squatted, Elodie and Laurent, the couple of owners, had started a long legal battle to evacuate this family. The Minister of the Interior had asked the prefect on Thursday June 9 to speed up the procedure.

More information to come.
