Ctuesday is the official start of spring break for young Francophones. Two weeks following their peers on the Dutch- and German-speaking sides. For the first time since the implementation of new school rhythms in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the north and the south of the country will not share any school vacation days in common. A real headache for public transport operators, in particular in the territory of the Brussels Region, who have to juggle two separate school calendars.
Therefore, should we look at the “school holidays” or “non-school days” timetable? Quite logically, the Tec adapts to the French-speaking calendar and will pass from Tuesday under theschool holiday schedule. Higher education students, still modeled on Dutch-speaking holidays, will have to deal with it.
