O Spotify announced the official launch of a subscription plan focused exclusively on audiobooks. The new option seeks to attract users of the free version of the streaming platform who listen to audiobooks more than music or podcasts.

According to Spotify, since the release of audiobooks na plataforma de streamingthe company saw a 45% increase in the number of free users searching and interacting with content on audiobooks every day.

The new plan was launched yesterday, Friday (1st) and offers book lovers in the United States 15 hours of listening to the book catalog audiobooks of the platform, which has more than 200 thousand titles, for US$9.99 per month (~R$49 in direct conversion).
