Spotify Greensroom becomes Spotify Live and is accompanied by new exclusive programming

The audio content app Spotify Greenroom has changed its name to Spotify Live, being available not only as a solo application but also within the start menu of the music streaming platform’s own ‘app’, which has also accompanied this announcement of new exclusive programming.

Spotify Live will maintain the functions of Greenroom and will continue to host live programs and music, according to what it explains in your statement. Listeners will be able to access the programming through the creator or artist page within the Spotify ‘app’. In case you want to participate in their chat and even join the presenter live, they must do it from the Spotify Live application.

The platform clarifies that only its original content programming is available in the Spotify ‘app’. For this reason, it invites independent creators who wish to broadcast live to do so from Spotify Live, the other application available.

Spotify accompanies this news with the announcement of exclusive new content that will join the existing original programming to power the launch of Spotify Live.

Among such programming, Spotify has announced ‘After Hours’a live program also in a ‘talk show’ format that arrives this Wednesday, April 13, from the hand of Alex Cooperthe also host of the platform’s exclusive podcast, ‘Call Her Daddy’, which has closed 2021 as the second most popular on the platform.

For its part, ‘Tana’s Toxic Tips’presented by the influencer Tana Mongeau, also opens this Wednesday. On Friday, April 15, the exclusive release of the new album by Swedish House Mafia, ‘Paradaise Again’, with a live concert.

In May, the NBA ‘Playoffs’ will be accompanied by ‘King of the Court’, a live program that will present Hasan Minhaj | (known for voicing the Enigma on the Spotify original podcast ‘Batman Unburied’) along with special guests.

The platform reminds that, in case of already having favorite programs in Spotify Greenroom, users will be able to find and listen to them both in the renowned Spotify Live application and in the Spotify ‘app’.
