Ilya Dragunov comes out for a promo. He discusses his recent injury which has seen him sit out of the NXT United Kingdom Championship. He is interrupted by JD McDonagh talking regarding their time together at NXT UK. NXT Champion Bron Breakker then comes out and he suggests that Ilya Dragunov and JD McDonagh pick the #1 Contender in a match once morest each other. Ultimately, however, they agree on a triple threat match for the NXT Championship at “NXT Halloween Havoc”.

Damon Kemp won once morest Brutus Creed.
5. Match

Wes Lee defeated Tony D’Angelo (w/ Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) via referee stoppage.
– Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo was sent off the hall following an intervention by the referee.
– Tony D’Angelo was down following a bump in the corner of the ring, following which the referee ended the match. Then Tony D’Angelo was helped out of the hall.

(Non-Title) Singles Match
Unified NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose (w/ Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) defeated Fallon Henley.
Toxic Attraction then hold a promo, but this is interrupted by Alba Fyre, who speaks up on the big screen. Alba Fyre makes it clear she’s aiming for Mandy Rose’s Unified NXT Women’s Championship.

Brutus Creed vs. Damon Kemp ended in a no contest following Damon Kemp hit Brutus Creed with a chair.
– Apparently, spots for the first match between the two were re-recorded shortly before.
8. Match
Singles Match
Ilya Dragunov won once morest Xyon Quinn.
9. Match
Pub Rules Tag Team Match
Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs defeated Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) via pin on Mark Coffey.
– Gallus had brought security, but following the referee was attacked by them, NXT security and police came out to take the security away.
– Joe Coffey tried to intervene but was knocked through a table and knocked out.
Fallon Henley then celebrates their victory with Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs and the show comes to an end.
