It’s dark in Spitzzicken. For 25 years, the small town was famous for its Christmas lights. The “Shine of Lights” attracted thousands of onlookers from all over Austria every year. The lighting has largely disappeared. The reason for this is the CoV pandemic and rising energy costs.
