Reported sperm donor

It was this 2022 when a couple brought MacDougall before the Derby Crown court, accusing that he was trying to contact some of the children born from his fertilization to take over their upbringing.

That situation was evidently denied by the mothers, who indicated that the subject years ago had signed documents in which it was made explicit that he was not going to have any relationship with the infants.

That was how last week a judge told him that he was prohibited from approaching three of the minors who were born from treatments where he intervened.

The magistrate indicated that the man had incurred a “fundamental irresponsibility”, adding that he “took advantage of women’s desire to have children.”

During the trial, the case of a three-year-old boy, born from one of those fertilizations, was revealed, who would be showing language problems and “defiant behavior.”

The magistrate also blamed the mothers and the clinic in charge of fertilizations for the act, indicating that they should have obtained more background from the donor.

Testifying on the man’s behalf was his adoptive mother, June MacDougall, who maintained that her son had only good intentions.

“He wanted to help those people, help those women in a gay relationship to fulfill their dreams and become parents. He did not seek money, as far as we know, for providing the service, ”he exposed.

MacDougall will not be able to get close to any of the children he helped father, if he disobeys the order he might go to prison.
