A spectacular traffic accident was recorded this Thursday in Cayo Santa María, located off the north coast of Cuba.
According to reports that reach social networks, a rental car and a bus were involved in the incident.

The regime has informed an increase in deaths from traffic accidents in the country during the summer months.
Colonel Roberto Rodríguez Fernández, head of the Specialized Traffic Organ of the General Directorate of the National Revolutionary Police, said that at the end of July, despite the decrease in accidents and injuries, unfortunately the number of deaths increased.
As he commented, Cuba registered 29 more deaths compared to the same period in the previous year. In this behavior, what happened in the provinces of Havana, Sancti Spíritus, Santiago de Cuba and Holguín play an important role.
“During the summer months in the country, 1,022 accidents have been registered, with 72 deaths and 543 injuries. Specifically in summer areas, 44 accidents and 42 injuries have been registered in the period from July to August 15, mainly in Holguín, Las Tunas, Camagüey, Sancti Spíritus, Havana and Pinar del Río”, he argued.
