The Chinese company, “Huawei”, the smart phone and network manufacturer, has officially unveiled its new flagship smart watch, “GT 3 Pro”, along with a second low-cost version of the Watch Fit.
At the official launch event held on Wednesday, Huawei announced its latest economic smart watch, “Watch Fit 2”, which features an ultra-high-resolution screen, the ability to make Bluetooth calls, and long battery life, along with other wearable devices.
The Watch Fit 2 comes in three versions, “Active”, “Classic” and “Elegant”, where each version differs according to the materials used in the front case of the watch.
The watch features a 1.74-inch high-resolution rectangular AMOLED touch screen with the “Always-On” feature that mirrors the look of a traditional watch, with hands or digital.
The new smart watch offers splash and water resistance of up to 50 meters, and has a built-in GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS systems, and it comes with heart rate tracking, and offers a battery life of up to 10 days. .
In addition to 24-hour heart rate monitoring, the watch also provides blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring.
The Watch Fit 2 has 97 exercise modes and can track sleep, stress and menstrual cycle for female users.
The second version of the watch features a new pressure-operated “link” design, which allows users to easily change watch straps.
Animated workout poses have been improved, and new sound-guided warm-up stretches have been added to 7 popular workouts.
Unlike the previous generation, the new version of the “Watch Fit 2” has a Bluetooth speaker and microphone for calling, as well as a “HUAWEI Assistant TODAY” screen that displays the weather or plays music.
Watch GT3 Pro
The latest versions of the flagship “Watch GT” series from Huawei come in two different sizes; The first is 46 mm for the titanium version and 43 mm for the ceramic version, both of which are equipped with “AMOLED” screens in addition to many health and activity tracking features.
Users can have standard heart rate and blood oxygen measurements as well as stress and sleep tracking, and an atherosclerosis detection feature.
Users will also enjoy tracking over 100 sports modes including swimming and snorkeling. Runners and hikers can benefit from the dual-band GPS.
The watch runs on the “Harmony OS 2” operating system developed by “Huawei”. The watch also allows you to answer calls via Bluetooth.
The 46mm model offers up to two weeks of battery life depending on usage, while the smaller 43mm model offers regarding one week of battery life.
