Taipei City Councilor Yang Zhidou recently received a complaint from parents, pointing out that at a star public elementary school in Taipei City, an incident occurred where a tutor was suspected of improperly disciplining a special education student, which made the student overwhelmed and almost jumped off the building in the school.
