As for the reception in Spain of González, to whom the Government plans to grant asylum at his request, the spokesperson has argued that the request of the Venezuelan opposition leader could not have been responded to in any other way, “also from a humanitarian point of view”, and has referred to the letter published by the opposition leader thanking the Executive for its work.
