Lamine Yamal, 16, is the EC’s youngest ever goalscorer.

Afterwards, he turned to the television cameras and shouted:

“Speak now, speak now!”

France had taken an early lead when Lamine Yamal stepped up in the 21st minute.

Surrounded by Frenchmen, he turned up and drilled the ball in via the post at the far post.

– It’s goosebumps, says expert Jens Fjellström and continues:

– I call that stepping up. It’s a top-notch finish, it’s absolutely fairytale-like. It is a not-yet-turned-17-year-old who does it. It is absolutely incomparable.

Birthday on Saturday

Lamine Yamal turns 17 on Saturday and with the goal he is the EC’s youngest goalscorer ever.

– I tried to score and it went in, I’m very happy. I try not to think too much. I’m just trying to enjoy and help the team and if it turns out like this, then I’ll be happy and I’m happy for the victory. I just want to win, win and win, says Yamal to La 1 according to Brand.

After the goal, Yamal was seen shouting into the television camera and according to Brand he answered with a clear peck:
