Spain rejects Argentina’s criticism, rejecting previous Spanish criticism

Spain – The Spanish Foreign Ministry strongly rejected statements used by the Argentine presidential office once morest the Kingdom’s authorities, describing them as “unfounded” and “incompatible with the fraternal relations between the two countries.”

The Spanish Foreign Ministry said: “The Government of Spain strongly rejects the baseless statements contained in the statement issued by the Office of the President of the Argentine Republic, which are not compatible with the relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples. The government and people of Spain will continue to maintain and strengthen their fraternal, friendly and cooperative relations with the Argentine people, a desire shared by the entire Spanish community.”

Earlier, a statement issued by the Argentine President’s Office said: “The President’s Office rejects the disgraceful and insulting statements made by the Spanish Minister of Transport once morest Javier Mele. “We believe that the Spanish government has more important problems, for example, the corruption charges once morest the wife of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, due to which he was considering resigning.”

The statement also accused the Spanish Prime Minister of endangering the country’s unity by concluding agreements with the separatists, and of “endangering Spanish women by allowing the illegal immigration of those who threaten their physical safety.”

The statement continued: “The Argentines have decided to change the model that brought them misery and decline. The same model is applied by the Spanish Socialist Workers Party in its country. We hope that the Spanish people will soon decide to live freely once more.”

Before that, the Spanish newspaper “Mundo” reported that the Spanish Minister of Transport advised young people to be themselves, adding that “there are very bad people who have reached the top by remaining themselves.” As examples of such people, the minister pointed to Argentine President Javier Milley and former US President Donald Trump. The minister said: “I saw Milly on television and I said to myself while listening to him, ‘I don’t know what state he is in now. Is he speaking before or following taking certain substances?’”
