Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a great trip, especially on launch day!
Don’t worry, the year isn’t over yet! On the 28th, at 7 pm (ET), from Launch Complex 39 A at the Kennedy Space Center, a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket will launch the USSF-52 mission for the United States Space Force.

The United States Space Force-52, also known as Orbital Test Vehicle 7, is an unmanned space plane of American origin with vertical takeoff and horizontal landing capabilities. This aircraft was designed to test spaceflight technologies during orbit and during re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.

Falcon Heavy will carry the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle on its seventh mission and will undergo a wide range of tests, including studying the effects of radiation on materials provided by NASA.
