【Seoul = Seoul News Agency】 Reporter Kwon Na-young = The SpaceX Dragon cargo resupply spacecraft safely returned to Earth on the 22nd (local time) with scientific research samples and equipment.

According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Dragon spacecraft undocked from the International Space Station at 5:05 pm (2205 GMT) on the 21st (local time), Eastern time.

“After regarding 20 hours of flight, Dragon dived with the help of a parachute off the coast of Florida, USA, on Friday,” he explained.

“Dragon carried to Earth more than 4,300 pounds (1,950 kg) of supplies and scientific experiments designed to take advantage of the space station’s microgravity environment,” he added.

Previously, Dragon was launched on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on November 9.

The spacecraft arrived at the ISS on November 11 on SpaceX’s 29th commercial resupply mission for NASA, delivering approximately 6,500 pounds of research, crew supplies and station hardware.
