A state of anxiety has gripped the Iraqi street after the delay in announcing the names of those covered by social welfare, the seventh round, especially after the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced the opening of applications for the student scholarship in all Iraqi governorates, for all recipients of social welfare support, as the government had previously indicated that The names will be listed on the Mazalati platform, but so far the date of their announcement has not been revealed.

Recently, there were some rumors that the seventh round of social welfare support would be cancelled, after the delay in announcing the names of those covered by social welfare for the last round. The Iraqi government, for its part, denied this matter and attributed this delay to the large number of citizens who applied for support. Iraqis, which reached more than 300 thousand people, which made the review process for the papers that were submitted more difficult, and requires a longer time for proper examination, until the support is granted to the actual beneficiaries. The names can be inquired about through the Mazalati platform, by following the following simple steps:
- First, log in “My Umbrella” platform.
- After that, the “Social Welfare Authority” is selected.
- Then click on “Social Care Program.”
- Also choose the meal number that we want to inquire about.
- The name of the governorate to which the inquirer belongs is specified.
- Then we write down the required personal data.

Conditions for obtaining social welfare support
In order to benefit from social welfare support, all conditions set by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs must be met, which are as follows:
- The applicant for support must be of Iraqi nationality.
- For men, the applicant must not be less than 18 years old, and must not be older than 60 years old, while for women, the applicant must not be less than 15 years old, and not more than 55 years old.
- Documents must also be submitted proving how many family members have applied for support.
- The applicant’s monthly income must not be greater than the minimum allocated by the Ministry.
