The women won gold nine times and the men even reached the top of the podium 13 times. At the beautiful facility in Brixen, Nathalie Kofler from Lana won the pole vault with 3.80 m, SVL teammate Annika Oberrauch from Eppan was crowned regional champion in the 100 m hurdles. Javelin thrower Chiara Goffi from Val Gardena managed 42.62 m, hammer thrower Lara Cubich from SG Eisacktal won with 36.38 m.
The South Tyrolean men also won a lot this weekend. The flagships from Athletic Club 96 Bozen presented themselves particularly well, winning six regional championship titles. Lorenzo Ianes won the 100 and 200 m, and he also won the 4×100 m relay competition with Alessandro Monte, Jacques Riparelli and Leonardo Badolato. Javelin thrower Hubert Göller shone with 61.33 m. Simon Zandarco from Gargazon – he competes for SV Lana – was in a class of his own in the pole vault with 4.10 m.
U18 ace Riccardo Vantini (CSS Leonardo da Vinci) won the 110 m hurdles in 15.48 seconds. The young talents from SAF Bolzano also did well: Leo Masi (discus) and Enrico Flaim (ball) were able to celebrate gold.
