Al-Marsad newspaper: A video clip showed the moment South Korean opposition party leader Lee Jae-myung was stabbed during a meeting with journalists during his visit to the coastal city of Busan in the south of the country on Tuesday.
The video showed a man coming out of the intense crowd and apparently sticking a sharp object into the neck of the Korean opposition member, while Lee’s guards carried the stabber to a far place and controlled him.
Yonhap Agency reported that Lee was taken to the hospital following being stabbed, and there has been no news of his death yet.
