1 yam

Radish 500g

5 mushrooms (soaked)

Ribs 600g

5 red dates

2 slices of ginger

Goji berries 1 tbsp

3000ml water

Appropriate amount of salt

1. Peel the burdock, slice it obliquely, and soak it in water with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to prevent discoloration. Peel and slice yam and radish. Remove the pits of red dates and cut them in half. Cut mushrooms in half.
