Sound and light shows in Lima in commemoration of the Feast of the Throne

Lima – Images that celebrate Morocco and extol its traditions, its strengths, its achievements and its achievements have been projected on emblematic sites of the Peruvian capital Lima, on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the enthronement of HM King Mohammed VI.

This initiative was launched by the Moroccan Embassy in Lima to mark this glorious anniversary and to bring closer to the Peruvian public, through images of excellent creative quality, the genius of Morocco and the determination of its people to build a country prosperous, tolerant and open to the world.

Thus, in the “Magic Circuit of the Waters”, which is an emblematic park of Lima, hundreds of visitors have viewed breathtaking images of Morocco once morest the backdrop of the national anthem.

The 7-minute nocturnal projection was made on an aquatic background arranged along a set of water jets and dancing fountains.

The well-made film recounts the rise of the aeronautical and automotive industry in Morocco, the leap made by the Kingdom in terms of road, rail (TGV) and airport infrastructure, the dynamism of the Moroccan cultural scene and the assets that gives the Kingdom its proximity to Europe.

It also transports the Peruvian public through a journey in the meanders of the Moroccan Sahara and makes a stop in the most famous tourist sites of Morocco, in addition to a nod to the richness of Moroccan gastronomy.

A second projection, this time of the national colors, was made on the facade of the municipality of Miraflores, one of the historical municipalities to the west of the city of Lima.

Against the backdrop of the national anthem, the image of the Moroccan flag was projected onto the facade of this historic building, declared a national monument, which soars over four floors at an open angle and has a central tower.

Finally, the third commemorative projection was made on the historic Eduardo Villena Rey bridge, considered one of the oldest bridges in Lima.
