Unfortunately, if you want to play Evil Dead: The Game on your PC or Xbox console, you’ll need to purchase it for your preferred console. The game is currently not available on Xbox Game Pass, and neither developer Saber Interactive nor Microsoft have commented on when (or whether) the game will currently be available as an online subscription service.
It’s also unclear whether cross-progression for titles is supported, which may contribute to the developer’s decision not to include titles in Game Pass at this time.
Unfortunately, there are currently no other Evil Dead video games available on Game Pass. If you want to play a new title or an old Evil Dead video game, you must purchase it for that console.
Will ‘Evil Dead: Game’ be available on Xbox One and other previous-generation consoles?
While some games, like Gotham Knights, had to cancel their original plans to release for generations, Evil Dead: Game kept its promise. Horror titles are available for both Xbox One and PS4 players, as well as full cross-platform compatibility. This means you can play online with others regardless of which generation console you log into the game on.
