As you may already know, the device should bring a set of specifications that includes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. In addition, it should arrive with two cameras at the rear, a main lens and a wide angle to record more objects in the photo. That is, Sony must abandon the telephoto sensor in the Xperia 5 V.
Generally, cell phones from the Xperia 5 line are usually sold for a slightly more affordable price compared to the Xperia 1 series. But that doesn’t mean that the products are launched with less attractive specifications. Still, it is not known everything that the device will have inside besides the Qualcomm chip.
The launch event of the possible alleged Xperia 5 V will be streamed online by Sony on its official YouTube channel. Therefore, just wait for the 1st to arrive to know in detail what the Japanese company has prepared for the category.

The leaked video shows the Sony Xperia V with a new design featuring a dual camera module at the rear. Apparently, its photographic set should bring the main sensor and an ultra-wide one, abandoning the telephoto sensor present in all its predecessors.
From the front, it’s identical to the Xperia 1 IV. Another interesting detail is that it keeps the traditional headphone jack, something that is increasingly lacking in current devices. The cell phone should be available in three colors: black, white and blue.
Previously, the Sony Xperia 5 V has been listed on Geekbench powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, up to 16GB of RAM and Android 13 operating system. It has also been certified under the Chinese 3C authority with support for 33W charging.
Other specs are expected to include a 6.05-inch OLED screen and a 4,500mAh battery unit. Previously, a leak mentioned that the photographic set should consist of a 48-megapixel main sensor with an f / 1.9 aperture and a 12-megapixel auxiliary with f / 2.2.
So far, the Chinese manufacturer has not released official information regarding the device or given a forecast for it to be launched.
