Sonic Frontiers will be available in French (voice and text) | Xbox one

Sonic Frontiers recently showed up at the 2021 Game Awards with an enticing trailer. While little is known about the next Blue Hedgehog adventure, other than the fact that it will be an open world, we now learn that the game will be translated locally. The French language will therefore be part of the in-game content!

Voices and texts in the language of Molière

Presented in May 2021 by a short teaser, the next episode of the adventures of Sonic promises more exploration than usual and represents a major project for SEGA. Whoever says a large-scale project therefore means a wider audience: this is why the game will be translated locally into several languages, including French.

If the actor has not yet been officially announced, there is no doubt that it will probably be Alexandre Gillet, who has played the blue hedgehog since 2011 and the release of Sonic Generations on Xbox 360. Little chance therefore that this role is devolved to Malik Benthala, the actor who doubles Sonic in the cinema. Also note that the Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese subtitles will be exclusive to Xbox and PC consoles. Originally conceived for a release coinciding with the 30 years of this video game icon, the game Sonic Frontiers was finally postponed to an as yet undetermined date, but potentially close, to refine his project and please the fans.
