(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Myung-eon Oh = Song Joong-ki of the tvN drama ‘Vincenzo’ was honored as the best drama star this year.

Song Joong-ki won the grand prize at the ‘2022 Asia Pacific Star Awards’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province on the 29th.

Song Joong-ki said, “There was a time when I didn’t like the scene with a cheeky but honest heart, and the work I met at that time was ‘Vincenzo’. He expressed his feelings about the award.

He continued, “I will dedicate this award to writer Lee Kyung-hee (KBS drama ‘Nice Man’) who is a life saver and who I respect and love so much that he wished me to be happier from the first broadcast to the last broadcast.”

The ‘APAN Star Awards’ hosted by the Korea Entertainment Management Association is the only award ceremony in Korea that is held for dramas from all broadcasting stations.
