A 6-year-old boy from Malacca, Malaysia, recently complained of pelvic pain. Asking her son, the mother was surprised to know with draw she was abused by her biological father who is also her ex-husband. Painful, shocked and extremely angry, the mother hastily reported to the police.
According to police reports, 6-year-old boy was intentionally touched by his 52-year-old biological father and abused repeatedly at his home in Kampung Padang, central Malacca.

The incident was discovered only when the baby complained of pain in the private area and was asked by his mother in detail. Immediately following checking the injuries on the child’s body and discovering that the perpetrator was her ex-husband, the wife immediately reported to the police, strongly condemning his bad behavior.
Very fast, biological father of a 6-year-old boy was arrested. At the police station, he confessed to the crime and expressed regret for his actions.
The boy’s mother expects her ex-husband to be convicted under Section 14(a) of Malaysia’s Sex Crimes Against Children Act 2017 with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and caning.
However, the defendant’s defense lawyer gave evidence, proving that the defendant is the main worker and is still raising two school-age children, hoping the judge will give him a lighter sentence.
In the end, the judge sentenced the defendant to 5 years in prison and 2 times with a stick.
