Some 31 homes in Luque are added to the available platform in Che Róga Porâ

Asuncion, IP Agency.- The real estate project Bulevares de Luque, located in Cañada Garay, city of Luque, is now available on the platform www.cherogapora.gov.py so that families interested in purchasing their first home can reserve units. The project consists of 31 homes.

“A new housing project is available today on our platform www.cherogapora.gov.py. In the city of Luque, there are 31 homes that you can purchase and thus fulfill your dream of owning your own home,” announced the Minister of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat, Juan Carlos Baruja, today.

The fee will be paid when they move into their respective homes, over a period of up to 30 years and with an interest rate of 6.5%, the lowest on the market.

The project includes homes of more than 60 m2, which include a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a gallery with a barbecue and laundry room.

All units are available to those families interested in purchasing them and who meet the requirements to access the loans granted by the financial institutions participating in the program.

It is worth mentioning that when 80% of the sale of a real estate project is completed, a trust is established between the developer, the financial institution and an insurance company, which guarantees that the disbursement of the loan for which the beneficiary will pay will be in accordance with the progress of the construction.

The Che Róga Porã Program was created as an electoral proposal by President Santiago Peña and aims to facilitate access to decent housing for middle-income families, through loans of up to 400,000,000 guaraníes with a historic interest rate of 6.5% and an unmatched term of 30 years. Applications via the platform were enabled on July 12, 2024.

According to the Che Róga Porâ platform, some 566 homes have already been offered through the program, of which 176 have already been pre-approved for credit and 374 are still available.

The platform will be updated as new housing offers are added through this program aimed at the middle class.
