This bill ratifying the ordinance n° 2023-80 of February 8, 2023 relating to the real joint activity lease, deliberated in the Council of Ministers following consulting the Council of State, will be presented to the Senate by the Minister for Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion and the Minister Delegate with the Minister for Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, responsible for cities and housing, who will be responsible for explaining the reasons and supporting the discussion.
