The meeting center of Freedomlocated in the district of The Pearlbecame a center of solidarity by receiving young and adult members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to donate blood from 10:00 am
The event was attended by doctors, nurses and laboratory technicians from the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital, who offered their services to dozens of attendees and thus ensured the success of the activity.
Ivan Arias Zaragoza, local leader of the IChurch of Jesus Christ of The Pearlhighlighted the importance of this event, which responds to the growing need for blood donations in the region and seeks to promote a culture of mutual aid within the community. In addition, he expressed the Church’s commitment to continue supporting the health and well-being of citizens.
At the end of the activity, participants expressed feelings of satisfaction and gratitude for having contributed to this vital cause in favor of the patients of the hospital in question.
