The Standing Committee of my Ministries held Solidarity Social, Health and Population held its second meeting to discuss the obstacles facing the functioning of the integrated services card system under Resolution No. 82 of 2022
The meeting resulted in the issuance of Ministerial Circular No. (6) from the Ministry of Social Solidarity regarding the procedures for obtaining a disability proof card and integrated services for the second phase, and it was circulated to the directorates of social solidarity to work with, and it was determined that nearly 500,000 citizens with severe and severe disabilities They will be excluded from the mechanized medical form because they follow the first stage of obtaining a proof of disability card and integrated services.
For its part, the Ministry of Health will increase the number of medical committees to (307), as nearly 300,000 cases have been registered on the health system from the time the first committee concluded, divided into 150,000 cases for which an appointment has been booked, and nearly nearly two of them have already been detected. 60,000 cases, including 22,000 whose medical reports have been finally approved, and 128 thousand are being sent a text message to set a date for the examination.
A joint committee was formed between the medical councils and rehabilitation departments in all governorates at the level of the Republic to study cases in which there is a contradiction between the mechanized medical report and the functional assessment, provided that in each governorate there should be a grievance committee, and accordingly the decision is taken in such cases, and also at the central level Activating such a committee, provided that this committee meets monthly in the middle setting, and if the numbers are large, such as cases of motor or visual disabilities, the committee can hold twice a month, in addition to forming a sub-committee in the governorates in case of grievance to study and then submit to the Central Committee Establishing controls for equipped cars in coordination with the Customs Authority and the Traffic Authority.
