Solidarity: 50 thousand pounds for the deceased in the explosion of the Dekernes bakery, and full support for the families of the victims for a year

Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Ministry of Social Solidarity, directed Dr. Wael Abdel Aziz, Director of the Social Solidarity Directorate in Dakahlia Governorate, to distribute urgent aid to the families of victims and injured of the explosion of 3 gas cylinders inside a bakery in Mit Mujahid Dekernes, Dakahlia Governorate, which resulted in two deaths and 12 injuries. .

In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Social Solidarity to quickly deal with the repercussions of the accident to help the families, the Relief Committee of the Directorate of Social Solidarity in the governorate immediately moved to the site of the accident and examined cases to provide the necessary assistance to the stricken families.

It was decided to disburse an amount of 50,000 pounds to the deceased if he was a “family head”, and an amount of 25,000 pounds to the deceased if he was a family member, and an amount of 5,000 pounds for each case of injury, and to support the families of the victims for a year, in addition to disbursing immediate assistance from the Social Solidarity Foundation in Dakahlia and the Red Crescent At the rate of 8000 pounds for each death and 2000 pounds for each case of injury, it was decided to register the families affected by the accident in the “Solidarity and Dignity” cash support program, in addition to providing all aspects of assistance needed by the stricken families, as well as treatment expenses for injured cases.
