Recognized in the media as one of the most fitness personalities of the Argentine show business, Sol Pérez did not always maintain his healthy diet to stay in shape. Although she recognized that food is essential in her routines, during the coronavirus quarantine, she used to treat herself to some treats.

It is known that the Big Brother panelist takes care of her diet with healthy and protein dishes such as scrambled egg toast, but if she is given a choice, she said that her favorite food is mozzarella pizza.

Thus, throughout the months of isolation due to covid, the television presenter – who turned 30 this July 16 – forgot regarding her nutritious diet and chose some sweet snacks to get through the difficult time. “I started the change when I started eating better. Food for me is everything, ”she recounted some time ago.

“You can keep training, but you see the real change when you start to see what you are eating and what crap you put into your body. What is needed is to change habits. And that is daily, it is a process, ”she reflected on her health care and food choices.

How Sol Pérez passed the quarantine

But it’s not like that all the time. In this sense, she confessed that in the first period of social isolation “I did not appear on any program on the air” and being “used to working all day, talking to people all day, going out with my friends.” When that changed, so did her feeding.

“I had grabbed the desire to eat everything,” he confessed and released with an open heart: “I had pionono for breakfast with dulce de leche, a disaster.” Then the situation normalized and Sol Pérez returned to her healthy diet and her training routines that help her tone her muscles.
