According to Camila, Beehome directly impacted the areas of HR, internal marketing, corporate education and corporate innovation and infrastructure. “Because they are the ones that use the platform’s solutions the most, they directly feel the reach of the tools”, says Camila.

Engaging employees
The volume of registration of ideas in the intrapreneurship program also draws attention to the participation of employees, more than 40 ideas were registered in less than two months, and quick interaction is made possible through polls, surveys and communications.
