Casablanca – The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has announced that Softgroup has crossed directly downwards the threshold of 10% participation in the capital of Delattre Levivier Maroc (DLM).
“The AMMC brings to the attention of the public that following the completion of the capital increase operation by incorporation of the current accounts of partners of the company DLM for an amount of 15 million dirhams (MDH), reserved to certain shareholder directors, the company Softgroup declared having directly crossed downwards, following a dilution effect, the threshold of participation of 10% in the capital of DLM”, indicates the AMMC in a press release.
Following this operation, the company Softgroup declares to hold 135,544 DLM shares, or 7.75% of the capital of the said company post capital increase, specifies the same source.
In the six months following the crossing of the aforementioned threshold, the company Softgroup plans to continue its disposals on the DLM value, the press release concludes.
